FINAL FOUR TICKETS
Key Arena hosts the 2013 D1 Women’s Volleyball Final Four on December 19 & 21. With just a month to go, there are still a few tickets remaining, but—as they say—they’re going fast. If you are a member of the Puget Sound Region of USA Volleyball (required of all club volleyball players in the Olympia/Tacoma/Seattle/Everett/Bellingham area), you can, for a limited time, save $15 per seat. See the link for Puget Sound Region volleyball.

USA WOMEN WIN SILVER AT FIVB WOMEN’S GRAND CHAMPIONS CUP

Team USA defeated Dominican Republic 3-1 Sunday in Tokyo to take second place in the season-ending round-robin international tournament. USA’s only loss at the competition was to Cup winner Brazil. During the 2013 international season, most tournament roster spots went to athletes who were not on the London Olympics roster. Washington graduates Courtney Thompson, Tama Miyashiro (both London Olympians) and Jenna Hagglund were all members of the 2013 National Team.
