ReplyDeleteGreat question. Headed to Key Arena right now, and will see which rules apply (although we suspect home court--NCAA--rules may be used.)
ReplyDeleteThe international game allows far fewer substitutions. There are also "technical" time-outs as soon as one team reaches 8 points and again when one reaches 16.
